The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring technology investments align with business priorities, operational goals, and transformation outcomes. This high‑visibility role shapes executive decisions, influences client growth strategy, and leads transformation priorities across Med Tech, Healthcare, and Life Sciences engagements. The BRM builds trusted client relationships, translates business needs into solution roadmaps, and drives governance, portfolio execution, and strategic initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities Client Engagement & Relationship Management- This role builds and sustains trusted executive relationships across business and technology functions to understand priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- The BRM serves as a trusted advisor by shaping recommendations that balance client priorities, operational needs, and long‑term technology strategy.
- The role leads strategic client conversations on business outcomes, value realisation, technology adoption, and transformation priorities.
- The BRM drives governance forums, quarterly business reviews, and executive reviews to maintain alignment, transparency, and momentum.
- This role manages relationships across key stakeholder groups, including business leaders, IT and service delivery teams, and external partners.
- The role supports account growth by expanding existing relationships, improving wallet share, and enabling strategic deal closure.
- The BRM identifies, qualifies, and shapes new business opportunities within existing accounts by aligning client needs to relevant capabilities and solutions.
- This role also identifies opportunities to expand value through AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
- The BRM partners with CoE, solution and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals, win strategies, and business cases.
- The BRM translates business needs into solution roadmaps, investment priorities, and actionable IT initiatives.
- This role ensures initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes, not just successful IT execution.
- The role captures, prioritises, and governs the business demand pipeline in alignment with strategic priorities, regulatory commitments, and available capacity.
- The BRM manages the project and portfolio pipeline to ensure delivery is aligned with business value, risk considerations, and regulatory timelines.
- This role defines, tracks, and communicates business‑focused KPIs such as time‑to‑market, submission turnaround, operational efficiency, adoption, and revenue enablement.
- The BRM advises clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, operational modernisation, and digital transformation priorities.
- This role champions AI‑ and automation‑led transformation by identifying high‑value use cases, aligning stakeholders, and supporting adoption through governance and change management.
- The role stays current on Med Tech, Healthcare and Life Sciences trends, including regulatory expectations, connected products, AI/ML, automation, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- The BRM influences senior stakeholders and leads cross‑functional teams across a global delivery model to drive alignment and timely decision‑making.
- This role fosters collaboration across business, operations, and technology teams to accelerate execution, resolve issues, and improve overall account performance.
- The BRM collaborates closely with delivery teams, solution architects, and industry consultants to ensure seamless execution and consistent client value delivery.
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA or equivalent
- Proven experience in business relationship management, account management, or consulting roles
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex engagements within a global delivery model
- Ability to manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margin improvement strategies, and stakeholder management
- Experience in Med Tech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is strongly preferred
- Exposure to digital technologies, AI‑enabled solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise transformation platforms
- Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, automation tools, ERP, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Ability to evaluate AI and automation use cases, define business value, and partner with technical teams to support adoption, governance, and change management
Salary Range: 126700–171400 a year
