Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $56.00 per hour

Shift: M – F 8am – 5pm

What's a typical day as Senior Staff Sourcing Analyst? You'll be:

• Negotiating favorable terms, volume discounts, and long-term contracts with suppliers for custom engineered products
• Preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders to ensure timely procurement
• Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of technology trends, market forces, cost dynamics, and supplier technology road maps
• Reviewing purchase order claims and contracts for compliance with company policies
• Addressing defects and delivery issues with suppliers and negotiating refunds as necessary
• Leading project development, including project plans that define scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Providing technical guidance and direction within your area of specialization

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold an advanced degree or equivalent in a relevant field (required)
• Bring at least 6+ years of experience in a specialized sourcing, procurement, or supply chain role
• Bring at least 5+ years of project management
• Have deep expertise and are recognized as a professional/technical thought leader in your discipline
• Possess strong analytical skills and evaluative judgment, especially when dealing with complex or novel situations
• Excel in filtering, prioritizing, analyzing, and validating complex information for decision-making
• Are comfortable leading projects and providing technical guidance to stakeholders
