*** PREFERABLY LOOKING FOR ENTRY LEVEL GRADUATES WITH 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN SUPPLY CHAIN AND PLANNING -

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the inbound movement of materials from suppliers.
• Determine material requirements and coordinate the efficient flow of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering teams.
• Develop specifications for new contract orders.
• Support the development of an overall supply plan for assigned plant(s) and third-party suppliers within the defined scope.
• Collaborate with production scheduling, procurement, and customer service to ensure an integrated approach to supply planning.
• Take the lead in responding to demand requirements and ensure a clear supply plan is in place to communicate production and purchasing needs to manufacturing and supply partners.

• Support the creation of a Master Resource Plan based on the latest demand forecast, outlining what needs to be produced or purchased and ensuring sufficient raw materials and components are available to support a rolling 24-month horizon.
• Assist in developing capacity plans to identify potential bottlenecks or supply risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure future demand can be met. Also identify areas of under utilization that may impact supply costs.
• Initially manage a limited portfolio scope, with ongoing coaching and development in supply planning processes.
• Work under the supervision of the Supply Planning Manager to set appropriate inventory levels (including safety stock) by analyzing demand variability and supply lead times.
• Track execution of the supply plan with production scheduling and purchasing teams to ensure alignment, monitor performance deviations, mitigate back orders, and proactively communicate supply risks.
• Ensure proper planning for product phase-ins and phase-outs, including clear communication regarding timing and supply status.
• Support regular communication between supply planning and demand planning teams through daily, weekly, and monthly review processes to confirm capability and alignment.
• Maintain accurate supply planning system master data to ensure focus on key supply issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators including Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Back Orders, and Lead Time.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps and provide recommendations to leadership on corrective and preventive actions.
