Domestic Logistics Coordinator

This role involves supporting day-to-day logistics operations, including shipment coordination, communication with carriers and warehouses, and managing order flow. It requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to stay on top of multiple moving parts.

• Track and manage shipments and logistics tasks in our internal system.
• Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and brokers to coordinate shipments.
• Prepare shipping labels, paperwork, and submit shipment details on time.
• Monitor incoming emails and respond to shipping-related requests and updates.
• Follow up on orders to ensure they’re shipped and delivered on schedule.
• Keep the team informed of any shipping issues or delays.
• Work closely with your manager and teammates to keep everything running smoothly.

Salary Range (commensurate with experience)

$60,000 - $70,000 USD
