Key Responsibilities
Program Management
Lead and oversee the successful delivery of three concurrent projects.
Ensure alignment with overall program goals, timelines, and budgets.
Risk and Change Governance
- Implement and manage an integrated risk and change control framework.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues promptly.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and manage escalations.
- Drive resolution by engaging appropriate stakeholders to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise communications for senior leadership.
- Keep leadership informed of key risks, decisions, and progress.
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams, sponsors, and executives.
- Balance competing priorities while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Apply best-in-class methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Drive consistency and quality across all projects.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience managing large, complex programs with multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong background in risk management and change governance.
- Proven ability to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience with SAP ERP implementation and/or integration.
- Familiarity with labeling tools or processes.
- Background in consulting or supporting multiple client engagements.
