Overview
Department: NUSTAR-Food Service | Employee Type:
Probationary
- Managing and overseeing operations of the entire food court area.
- Ensure that the tenants are aligned and compliant with the policies and house rules defined by the company.
- Regularly examine food court facilities to determine need for repairs or replacement of public area facilities, furniture and equipment.
- Train new employees and supervise food service area staff to ensure delivery of service is aligned with company standards.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in any Business-related course.
- At least 3 years’ experience in food service management. Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, and retail an advantage.
- Previous experience in a commercial/mall setting highly preferred.
