Senior Enterprise Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Program Manager to lead critical, high-visibility corporate strategic initiatives. This leader will orchestrate decisions across the executive suite, design new operating models, and drive cross-functional delivery. You will manage complex, dependent work streams, track financial value, and ensure long-term strategic alignment across our technology organization.

• Lead alignment and strategic decisions among C-suite executives and senior leaders across technology, HR, and Finance.
• Drive enterprise-wide strategic transformation and the hands-on implementation of complex operating models.
• Establish and scale enterprise program governance to ensure smooth operational adoption and execution across business units.
• Navigate and analyze complex financial models, tracking budgets and resources throughout the program lifecycle.
• Define strategic KPIs and establish robust tracking mechanisms to measure and prove the value of delivered outcomes.
• Manage multiple, highly dependent tactical work streams, ensuring seamless integration and master project planning execution.
• Minimal travel to Michigan or New Jersey may be required.

• 7 years’ experience in enterprise-level program management, specifically leading large-scale corporate initiatives or portfolios.
• 5 years’ experience working directly with HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders within complex technology environments.
• 5 years’ experience in matrixed environments, driving execution and alignment across diverse teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional influence skills with the ability to drive alignment, actions, and outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen and deep experience with KPI definition and outcome-based value tracking.
• Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
