Manufacturing Process Engineer (Entry-Level)
Support daily manufacturing operations and production processes.
Analyze manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and productivity while reducing costs.
Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
Support implementation of new manufacturing equipment and production processes.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Develop and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and process standards.
Participate in process validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing performance and product quality.
Individual Contributor role.
Expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise.
