* Adecco is hiring a  
** Production / Machine Operator
** for a manufacturer of adhesive-coated mounting boards. This is a hands-on role involving production equipment, cutting, trimming, and material handling.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Operate a  
** laminating machine
** to apply adhesive to foam boards and plastic sheets

+ Use a handheld  
** Olfa knife
** to trim excess adhesive from coated boards

+ Operate a  
** guillotine/paper cutter
** to cut plastic sheets to size

+ Operate a  
** horizontal panel saw
** to cut stacked foam boards

+ Load and position materials safely and accurately

+ Follow production and safety procedures

+ Work alongside experienced team members while learning the processes

* What We're Looking For:

*
* + Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred

+ Comfortable working with machinery and hand tools

+ Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Reliable and willing to learn

+ Ability to safely handle large sheets of foam and plastic
