Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, the Retail Marketing Operations Specialist supports the Retail Marketing team, Retailers, and Field team by driving execution and continuous improvement of retailer-facing programs. The role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of marketing initiatives, maintaining brand standards, and simplifying processes to enhance retailer engagement. Success in this role is achieved through strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners, while improving operational efficiency and ensuring consistent, high quality execution across all retail marketing activities.
What you will be doing:
* Coordinating and managing the Co-Op advertising program, including reporting and handling retailer inquiries
* Maintaining and monitoring creative compliance, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
* Supporting showroom marketing by managing point of sale assets, including ordering, delivery, and digital content updates
* Overseeing retailer support systems, including the Global Retailer Marketing System, asset uploads, and onboarding new retailers
* Managing key operational programs such as vehicle imagery, warehouse fulfillment, and retailer onboarding processes
* Developing and distribute clear and consistent communications to the retail network, including monthly marketing updates
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and program execution
* Supporting billing, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure accurate financial processing and program accountability
What you will need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience related to the role
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tracking systems
* Ability to build effective working relationships across internal teams and external partners
* Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
* Experience working with vendors, agencies, or suppliers (preferred)
* Background in automotive marketing or advertising, including Co-Op programs (preferred)
Schedule:
Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave).
