MH&W values long-term partnerships and works closely with customers to meet specific application requirements.
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Mahwah, NJ. The Sales Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in the telecommunication, power supply, and related industries, focusing on ferrites, cores, and thermal interface materials. Responsibilities include prospecting new customers, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
The role involves collaborating with internal engineering and supply chain teams to provide technical product information, support customer design-in activities, and ensure timely delivery and order accuracy. The Sales Specialist will also monitor market trends, participate in product training, and provide feedback to management and manufacturing partners to support continuous improvement in service and offerings.
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and closing.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, understand technical requirements, and provide responsive support.
- Ability and interest to deliver Training and product education to customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Experience in B2B or industrial sales, ideally in electronics, components, or related technical products.
- Comfort working with technical specifications, drawings, and application requirements; willingness to learn product details.
- Proficiency with CRM and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mahwah, NJ, and occasionally visit customers, trade shows, or partner locations as needed.
