Position: North America Style Advisor @NET A PORTER

Role Overview

NET‑A‑PORTER is seeking passionate Style Advisors to join our Personal Shopping team in Mahwah, NJ. You will connect clients with the latest trends and curated product selections, manage ad‑hoc service enquiries, and build meaningful relationships that inspire confidence and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to team sales and KPI targets, increasing client spend and satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries and assist with product questions.
  • Use purchase history, client preferences, and trend insights to recommend personalised selections.
  • Offer styling, sizing and fit advice, and confidently present new collections and launches.
  • Present style edits in a visually compelling way to encourage purchases.
  • Follow up proactively to maintain engagement and maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Analyse customer insights and buying trends to support commercial strategy and product launches.
  • Represent the brand professionally, maintaining luxury standards and values of NET‑A‑PORTER.
Key Qualifications
  • 2+ years of client‑facing experience in retail, styling services, or call‑center sales and operations.
  • Proven ability to engage customers and achieve personal sales targets.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Effective communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Digital proficiency and comfort with Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
