- Permanent position for HVAC technician for an industrial / manufacturing company.
- Primary responsibilities will include:
Perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and service of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. - Perform tests and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment and provide recommendations to improve reliability.
- Responsible for the general control operation of the plant's HVAC system.
- Follow all safety standards, including NFPA 70e and Lockout Tag Out.
- At least 5 years experience as an HVAC technician for industrial plant HVAC systems.
- Understand control operation, and sequence of operation for commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- At least a high school diploma.
- Trade School or other HVAC Apprenticeship Program preferred.
- EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal).
- Wide pay range from $25 to $40/hour depending on experience level.
