Position: Premier Driver - Full Time @NET-A-Porter

** Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
*** Must uphold and project the company’s devotion to customer service experience
* Drivers are expected to comply with Net-A-Porter appearance guidelines and must have a professional image and demeanor. Uniforms and Truck will be provided.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays as needed
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency
* You need to be able to work in all kinds of weather while working out on your own with limited supervision.
* Ensure all undelivered and returned merchandise are secured safely and returned to our inventory system daily
* Assist manager and supervisor with day to day operations
* Interact with couriers, Dispatchers, and Customer service team daily
* Ensure couriers are fully prepared for their daily route
** The type of person we are looking for:
*** A clean driving record means in the last 3 years, that you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 7 years
* Driving defense Certificate required; preferably no longer than 6 months old
* Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
* The ability to work in all weather conditions, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
* Flexibility in shift patterns (work hours) to meet our customers’ demands
* An understanding of luxury customer service and their expectations with strong communication skills
* Be able to work with a team
* A proven track record of solving problems successfully
* Calm manner and ability to use initiative to deal with issues as they arise, both on the road and with the customer with excellent personal presentation skills
* Delivery driver experience in NYC, CT, NJ preferred
