• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in all kinds of weather while working with limited supervision.
• Ensure all undelivered and returned merchandise are secured safely and returned to our inventory system daily.
• Assist manager and supervisor with day-to-day operations.
• Interact with couriers, dispatchers, and the Customer Service team on a daily basis.
• Ensure couriers are fully prepared for their daily route.

• A clean driving record in the last 3 years with only 1 license, no driving-related suspensions, revocations, or cancellations, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents; in the last 7 years.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, and to walk, stand and sit for extended periods.
• Flexibility in shift patterns to meet customer demands.
• Understanding of luxury customer service and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Proven track record of solving problems successfully.
• Calm manner and initiative to deal with issues on the road and with customers, with excellent personal presentation skills.

Mahwah, NJ

Must be able to work at least 5 days per week (7.5 hour shifts) including holidays. Rotational shift pattern from 8:00am to 10:00pm, including weekends. Shift: Monday-Friday; rotating start times of 9:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm - rotating schedule.
