Bilingual Team Lead – Fulfillment Operations

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Team Lead to oversee daily fulfillment center operations in a fast‑paced logistics environment in Mahwah, NJ 07495. This role is responsible for leading a team of associates, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• 8 am – 6:30 pm, 10‑hour shifts:
  Sunday through Wednesday
• 7:30 am – 8 pm, 12‑hour shifts:
  Thursday through Saturday
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

Must be available to attend training in Wayne, NJ.

• $22 – $23 per hour
• Overtime eligible

• Lead and supervise a team of 10–12 fulfillment associates during assigned shifts
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards across operations
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance
• Support pick, pack, and general warehouse fulfillment operations
• Troubleshoot operational issues and elevate when necessary
• Maintain compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures
• Collaborate with supervisors and management to meet daily and weekly targets

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Prior leadership or team lead experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of 10–12 employees
• Experience with pick/pack operations in a warehouse environment
• Ability to perform basic physical warehouse requirements (standing, walking, lifting as needed)
• Ability to work overtime when required

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Experience in high‑volume e‑commerce or distribution environments
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and handheld scanners
• Strong problem‑solving and team management skills
