Materials Associate – Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations

Hi Network! We are seeking an experienced Material Associate - Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations to support inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and end-to-end supply chain activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, material handling, and ERP transactions while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating domestic and outbound shipments, supporting production schedules, and resolving shipping discrepancies with carriers.

This role requires expertise in ERP/MRP systems, forklift operation, warehouse logistics, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will also train team members, maintain organized warehouse operations, support hazardous material documentation, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of warehouse experience, proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience in manufacturing, inventory management, and supply chain operations is highly preferred.
