Electrical Inspector – Commercial Test & Inspection (2391)

Location: Maidenhead (regional coverage)—become part cartographer, part compliance guru

Salary: c. £60,000 OTE (£38,000 base, PLUS bonuses), company van with fuel card, solid benefits

Hours: Normal working days; unsocial hours may be required.

• Run full-scale inspections and tests on commercial and industrial fixed wiring and switch gear, and compile EICRs.
• Identify and document non‑compliance, clearly explain required fixes.
• Use testing gear and reporting software efficiently.
• Work independently, adapt daily, and handle site challenges.
• Keep up to date with EICR standards (BS 7671, IET wiring regs) and City & Guilds credentials.

• Minimum ~three years of similar experience (test & inspect, remedial repairs, compliance).
• City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent), NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition certificate.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Detail‑focused, self‑starting, professional.

• £3,000 new starter bonus.
