We're looking for an ambitious, commercially mindedDeputy General Managerto join our senior leadership team at one of the region's most successful visitor attractions.

This is an exceptional opportunity to help lead a diverse, fast-paced hospitality operation encompassing a busy destination restaurant and café, retail food outlets, weddings, conferences, private events and seasonal pop-up catering.

Working alongside the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping guest experiences, inspiring teams and driving commercial performance across the business.

Few hospitality roles offer this level of variety.

On any given day you could be overseeing restaurant service, supporting a high-profile wedding, driving retail sales initiatives, developing departmental managers or reviewing operational performance to maximise profitability.
