As our national client portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for experienced Asbestos Surveyors, Asbestos Analysts and Asbestos Consultants to join our established Technical Team in Maidstone.

About the roleWorking across a diverse range of commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and public sector sites, you’ll provide professional asbestos surveying, analytical and consultancy services in line with current legislation and industry best practice.
This is a varied, field-based position where no two days are the same. You’ll work independently while being supported by an experienced and knowledgeable technical team, delivering high-quality services to clients across the UK.
- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with HSG
264. - Completing asbestos reinspection surveys and audits.
- Undertaking asbestos air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical services in accordance with HSG
248. - Supervising licensed asbestos removal projects.
- Producing accurate survey reports and technical documentation.
- Providing professional technical advice and consultancy to clients.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and professionalism.
- Representing Bradley Environmental Consultants to the highest standard on client sites.
We’re looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
- BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
- BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent).
- Ideally two years’ experience within the asbestos industry.
- A strong working knowledge of HSG
248 and HSG
264. - Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Teams experience beneficial but not essential).
- A flexible approach to working hours.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
