Buckinghamshire Council’s BMERC team is seeking a Biodiversity Data and Projects Officer to drive collection, processing and reporting of environmental records, using specialist ecological knowledge to support biodiversity protection across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes.
The role combines data work with project management, field surveys and stakeholder engagement, including using the Orca records database and GIS tools; hybrid working with some field visits and occasional office days.
