Senior Audio Visual & Smart Home Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Vehicle

You will take ownership of the technical delivery of high‑value smart home and AV projects, ensuring systems are installed, configured and commissioned to the highest standard. This includes:

• Installing, configuring and commissioning Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Rako, Cisco and Ruckus systems
• Delivering multi‑room audio, home cinema and lighting‑control systems
• Translating technical drawings and schematics into flawless on‑site execution
• Leading client demonstrations, testing and handover
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
• Upholding strict quality, performance and aesthetic standards

• 5+ years' experience in high‑end residential AV / smart home integration
• Strong expertise in Crestron, Control4 and Lutron programming/commissioning
• Excellent understanding of network infrastructure and system connectivity
• Meticulous, detail‑driven and committed to delivering premium‑level work
• Confident communicator with clients, contractors and design teams
• Able to work independently and maintain composure under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
• Ideally based within 25 miles of Maidstone
