Commercial Bodyshop Technician
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm or 7:30am – 5:00pm.
£42,120 Basic salary, OTE £50,000+.
Maidstone area – brand‑new purpose‑built site with top‑quality tools and equipment.
A modern HGV and LCV repair operation expanding fast, building a strong reputation within the commercial vehicle sector.

- Carry out structural and cosmetic repairs on HGV and LCV vehicles.
- Complete welding and fabrication work to a high standard.
- Undertake panel repairs, replacements, and alignment work.
- Support MET and VDA duties where required.
- Assess vehicle damage and identify effective repair solutions.
- Work to manufacturer repair methods and company standards.
- Maintain productivity targets and workshop efficiency.
- Keep the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety procedures.
- Previous experience within a vehicle bodyshop environment.
- Skilled in welding, fabrication, panel beating, MET, or VDA work.
- MIG/MAG welding experience preferred.
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ideally experienced with commercial vehicles, HGVs, or fleet repairs.
- Commitment to producing high‑quality workmanship.
- Basic salary: £42,120, OTE £50,000+.
- Labour hours bonus scheme – all hours over 40 hours paid.
- Monday to Friday only, 7:00am–4:00pm or 7:30am–5:00pm.
