£40,000 - £50,000 plus company van (personal use), unlimited overtime, training and progression, plus company benefits.

Are you a CAP‑qualified Powered Access Engineer ready to join a fast‑growing company offering a company van, extensive overtime opportunities, and long‑term career progression across the Home Counties?

Established in 2021, this rapidly growing company specialises in the hire and maintenance of powered access equipment across the UK. With a fleet of over 1,000 machines and a turnover of approximately £25 million, we work with clients across the construction, industrial and facilities management sectors while expanding through new depots nationwide.

• Service, maintain, inspect and test a range of powered access equipment.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs (50/50).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.

• Proven experience as a Powered Access Engineer or similar role.
• CAP licence or on the way to licence.
• Mechanical and electrical background.
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the Home Counties.
