Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
No Weekends
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician to join our established and growing independent garage in Maidstone.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Motor Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys being part of a friendly, close-knit team.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out vehicle inspections and health checks
- Performing maintenance and repair work to a high standard
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
- Supporting workshop colleagues when required
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Mechanic, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high standards of workmanship
