Monday to Friday The Opportunity We are currently seeking a skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for either an electrically or mechanically qualified engineer looking for a varied role across multiple sites. You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance while providing a high level of service to clients and building occupiers.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical building services equipment Maintain plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, power, and associated systems Conduct routine inspections and ensure plant is operating efficiently Complete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accurately Liaise with site contacts, tenants, and contractors professionally Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety procedures Support minor installation and remedial works where required About You Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent) Experience working within commercial building maintenance environments Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities Good understanding of building services systems and statutory compliance Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload across multiple sites What's on Offer £45,000 salary Travel Card provided Monday to Friday working pattern Diverse portfolio of commercial buildings across Central London Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive team environment with opportunities for progression
