About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Banksman ticket and be confident managing vehicle and machinery movements across a live site.
Responsibilities
* Directing site traffic and ensuring safe vehicle movements
* Coordinating deliveries and guiding large plant/vehicles
* Maintaining clear and safe access routes on site
* Communicating effectively with site management and drivers
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Valid CPCS Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket
* Full PPE: hard hat, highâvis, safety boots, gloves, glasses
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong communication skills
* Reliability and a positive attitude
