Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 base salary (fully negotiable) + efficiency bonuses & overtime.

Location: Staplehurst (free on-site parking).

Hours: Monday – Friday only, standard workshop hours.

• Carry out high‑level servicing, complex mechanical repairs, and intricate maintenance on a wide range of prestige and everyday models.
• Use advanced dealer‑level diagnostic systems to pinpoint, map, and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled, cooperative team of technicians to share trade knowledge and elevate workshop standards.
• Ensure all repairs meet rigorous professional guidelines and manufacturer safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and immaculate workspace while staying ahead with modern vehicle tech, including hybrid/EV platforms.

• Qualifications: Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio).
• Experience: proven hands‑on experience as a Vehicle Technician, Diagnostic Mechanic, or Senior Technician in a main dealer, prestige specialist, or high‑end garage.
• Skills: strong diagnostic mindset with a logical approach to modern automotive networks and complex mechanical problem‑solving.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
