• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio of time-served experience).
• Strong hands-on experience working on German vehicles (BMW, Mini, Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda, Mercedes-Benz, or Porsche).
• Confident with logical diagnostic fault-finding and complex mechanical repairs.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
