Are you an experienced Solar Electrician or Lead Electrical Solar Installer looking to take ownership of commercial & Industrial Solar PV installations whilst increasing your earning potential? As a Solar Electrician or Lead Electrical Solar Installer you’ll be joining an established team where your existing Solar PV experience will be highly valued, taking responsibility for leading installations, supporting engineers and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for an experienced Lead Solar Installer to join their expanding installation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solar Electrician who wants to take the next step in their career, lead from the front and work on a variety of commercial rooftop and ground‑mounted Solar PV projects.

• Leading and carrying out commercial Solar PV installations across rooftop and ground-mounted projects
• Installing containment, connecting string inverters and completing associated electrical works
• Leading engineers on site whilst ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Carrying out testing, inspection, fault finding and commissioning of Solar PV systems

• Proven experience installing commercial Solar PV systems
• Strong electrical installation background with experience leading or supervising installations
• NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition and relevant electrical qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to cover Kent and the M25
