Due to continued growth, we're looking for two experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives / Multi Traders to join our team.

We specialise in remedial and aftercare work on new-build homes across the South East. We're looking for experienced all-rounders who take pride in their work, deliver a high-quality finish and are professional when working in customers' homes.

You’ll carry out a varied range of remedial and aftercare works in occupied and newly completed homes, including:

• Painting and decorating
• Carpentry and joinery
• Tiling, grouting and finishing
• Silicone application and finishing
• General property repairs and snagging

No two days are the same, so you’ll need to be confident working independently across a range of trades while also being part of a supportive team.

• Experience in property maintenance or multi-trade work
• Competence across a range of trades
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Reliable with good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS card, or willingness to obtain one

Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

• £32,500–£37,500 basic salary
• £2,000 first-year retention bonus – £750 after successful completion of your 6-month probation and a further £1,250 after 12 months' service*
• Company van and fuel card
• Paid travel time and enhanced travel payments, where applicable
• Optional overtime paid at 1.5x
• 28 days' holiday including bank holidays
• Additional paid Christmas & New Year shutdown
• Opportunity to earn up to 4 extra days' annual leave through Saturday overtime
• No on-call rota
