Location: Millinocket
We are seeking an Accountant/Office Manager.
This role combines traditional accounting support with responsibility for maintaining organized filing systems and managing day-to-day computer operations.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts payable/receivable/General Ledger
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems.
- Data entry, document processing, and record updates.
- Human resource issues.
- Assist with basic computer system management and troubleshooting.
- Assist with order entry and purchasing.
- Associate’s degree in accounting or previous experience in accounting in an industrial setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with computers, including spreadsheets and accounting software.
