Do you have basic accounting knowledge? Are you extremely detail-oriented and organized? Do you have a positive "can do" attitude? We'd like to meet you! Lee Toyota in Topsham is hiring an Accounting Clerk to join our fast-paced business office.

As an Accounting Clerk , you will work on a variety of tasks related to contracts, processing and posting transactions, data entry, and more! This position requires basic accounting knowledge, data entry skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Candidates must be detail oriented, well organized, and enjoy working with numbers and figures.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Review files for completed paperwork; follow-up on incomplete or outstanding paperwork
• Process contracts per the established guidelines
• Accurately post transactions and reconcile accounts in a computerized accounting system
