HR ASST/ACCOUNTANT Dysarts group of Companies of 400+ employees seeking an HR Assistant/Accountant with potential for advancement. The employee holding this position will work directly with the Human Resources Manager to assist with all HR level functions and job responsibilities; the ideal candidate will also have the ability to reconcile Payroll/Benefit related general ledger accounts and assist with workers compensation audits.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field(s) strongly preferred
- Computer and accounting systems knowledge required
- Ability to use discretion in handling delicate situations
- Ability to multitask
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Understanding of payroll processing and employment laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment.
