The Town of Bridgton is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Recreation Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, positive customer service experiences, and effective communication with residents, program participants, and community partners.
This is a public‑facing position that requires professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude. Evening or weekend hours may be required to support special events or seasonal programs.
This position is a full-time, year-round, hourly position.
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience.
