Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time, Monday – Friday, Day shift

As a Registration Clerk, you'll be the friendly face and efficient administrator at the front desk, managing daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service in the trailer registration department. You'll work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth front-office functions.

• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
• Handling basic administrative tasks using computer software
• Maintaining organized records and schedules
• Processing registrations

• Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Previous experience in an office setting required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  Willingness and eligibility to become a licensed Notary Public
