Office Manager
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations s is a full-time temporary position based in our Stockholm office, starting in September 2026 (preferably, but flexible) and running until August 2027.

About the RoleA highly hands-on and operational role, serving as the backbone of the Stockholm office — ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, top-tier hospitality, and reliable support across the firm, everything from facilities and budgets to events and broad assistance.
We are looking for someone with a genuine service mindset, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership and initiative in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Areas of Responsibility Include:- Ensure smooth daily operations of the Stockholm office
- Manage office administration and supplier coordination
- Handle invoicing and monitor office and social budgets
- Coordinate food & beverage and maintain supplies
- Prepare meeting rooms and uphold a welcoming, professional environment
- Plan and coordinate internal events and team gatherings
- Manage onboarding logistics (IT access, equipment, subscriptions) for new employees
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Experience as an Office Manager or Office Assistant in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment
- Background in professional services or partner-led organizations (e.g. private equity, consulting, finance, or law) is an advantage
- Hospitality or service experience is a plus
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with a genuine service mindset
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office and other administrative tools
