Part‑time position: 4.5 hours per day, 210 days per year.
OverviewRSU 2 seeks a friendly, organized, and detail‑oriented individual to join the school counseling department as a Part‑Time School Guidance Secretary. This role provides administrative support to the counseling team, assists students, families, and staff, manages records and scheduling, and helps ensure the smooth daily operation of the guidance office. Strong communication, customer-service, and computer skills are preferred.
Responsibilities- Administrative support to the school counseling department.
- Assist students, families, and staff with guidance-related inquiries.
- Manage guidance office records and scheduling.
- Help ensure the smooth daily operation of the guidance office.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of previous office experience.
- Valid CHR-C certification with the DOE.
Based on the Educational Technician & Secretary Collective Bargaining Agreement 25-27 and experience: $18.24/hour (step
1) – $25.16/hour (step 17).
