Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track daily attendance for all Upper School students and faculty.

  • Ensure clear, timely communication between school and home, including support in creating the Upper School Weekly.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of key divisional events (e.g., Orientation, Commencement, Awards Ceremonies).

  • Provide high‑level administrative support to the Director of Upper School.
  • Collaborate with Upper School Deans and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Coordinate and support substitute teachers for planned and unplanned faculty absences.
  • Manage divisional records and data entry as needed.
  • During the summer months, assist the Summer@Berwick with program registration, family inquiries, some supervision, and daily logistics for summer camp operations.

Priority given to candidates who can support our athletic coaching needs in Field Hockey, Ice Hockey, Rowing, and/or Lacrosse. Athletics take place daily after the academic day generally between 3 and 5 pm.
