Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
Our Special Education team is in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant/Office Manager with the ability to stay focused on the goal of meeting the needs of students with disabilities and their families. This is an Administrative Assistant position located in the District's Special Education office who is responsible for managing multiple tasks and responsibilities of a busy office on a daily basis.
The successful applicant will possess strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently, be a supportive team player through the use of effective communication and collaborative skills, and work independently in a busy office atmosphere. The ability to work efficiently, confidentially, and in an organized manner are essential. Must be able to use office equipment and word processing programs efficiently, communicate effectively and positively via email, on the phone, and in person, and be familiar with basic computer platforms including Google, Microsoft and Apple programs, as well as student data systems.
