Administrative - Program Coordinator

Sequel Care of Maine, established in 2010, helps children, teens, adults and families with their behavioral and home health needs. We have offices in Yarmouth, Bangor and Searsport and serve clients throughout the state. We are part of a national organization, Sequel Youth and Family Services, and are growing agency dedicated to the professional development of our programs and staff. Position Overview:

The program coordinator is a key position in our agency and helps to keep our teams organized and our work flow smoothly. The person in this role is a resource to and works closely with program managers, supervisors, directors, compliance, and our HR department. The program coordinator assists with other agency needs. Primary responsibilities include managing all mandatory documentation, sending out weekly reports to supervisors, maintaining and managing records and staff equipment, assisting in orientations and onboarding of new staff.

This position is a full time position located in our Yarmouth office.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in related field or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience:

    Experience working and understanding different systems. Effectively communicates with multiple groups/individuals. Is knowledgeable about and has experience working with behavioral and/or home health agencies. Has a positive outlook, is conscientious, organized and detail oriented.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
