• Manage the organization’s bookkeeping and reporting needs.
• Manage the annual audit process, working with the external auditors, Executive Director, and IHT Finance Committee.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and organizational and employer filings.
• Oversee general office management and running, including inventory and purchase of office supplies, equipment, and print materials.
• Coordinate scheduling, agendas, minutes, and informational materials for the Board of Directors.

• Three to five years of nonprofit experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Quick Books Online and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Creative problem solver.
• Sense of humor.

Salary Range: $28.00/hourly
