Title: Student Services Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Director of Adult Education

Job Goal: To provide administrative support for adult education academic programs.

Terms of Employment: This is a full time year round position with a starting salary range of $20-$22/hr benefits include individual/single health and dental coverage.

• Experience working in administrative support roles
• Proficient in office related technology tools
• Positive, collaborative, assiduous, creative, and passionate about education.
• CHRC

• Entering data in student information systems
• Administering standardized testing
• General office support for staff and students
• Assisting with connecting students to program services
• Event planning such as graduation
• Generating reports
• Communications with parents, students, and staff
