Railmark Rail Services Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team in Derby, ME. • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management
• Maintain accurate records and logs related to rail operations and services
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications
• Upload documents into customer required portals and sites
• Assist with inventory tracking and supply management as needed
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all clerical tasks
• Cleaning of office and break facilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
