Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients, answer telephones, and schedule appointments with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide administrative and clerical support for the office.
- Maintain accuracy with records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Summary:
This position consists of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $19.87to $23.75 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
