Product Manager Your Opportunity, Your Team

Next Gen Team, Shortform Video Experiences (QVC App)

Where You'll Work

This role is remote and will require you to be onsite 4 times per year in our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków. (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Do
  • Define and execute the product vision for shortform video experiences in the QVC app, driving customer engagement and conversion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, content, analytics) to deliver high-impact mobile features and experiences.
  • Drive technical alignment by working fluently with engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clear and solutions are scalable.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to create customer‑centric experiences, balancing UX best practices with business goals.
  • Champion customer‑centric innovation by leveraging data, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Foster an inclusive, high‑performing team environment, modelling QVC’s ‘Build the Team’ competency.
  • Stay ahead of mobile and social commerce trends, continuously iterating on product strategy.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and creative teams, including collaboration with globally distributed teams.
  • Approach product decisions with a strong business mindset, aligning initiatives with QVC’s strategic objectives and long‑term growth.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience in mobile apps, consumer experiences, or social/video platforms.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling mobile‑first products, ideally in e‑commerce, media, or social commerce.
  • Deep understanding of mobile UX, video content, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Fluent in working with engineering teams and driving technical alignment.
  • Experience collaborating with design teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills; experience with data‑driven decision‑making.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Experience working in agile, cross‑functional, and globally distributed teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead with agility, adapt to change, and drive results with speed.
    • Passion for innovation and creating the future of digital shopping.
