Nous recherchons pour un client de la région Nord un(e) consultant(e) orienté(e) automatisation, intégration IT et support utilisateur.
Vous interviendrez sur une plateforme low-code pour paramétrer des applications, créer ou améliorer des workflows, développer des scripts d’automatisation, et assurer le traitement des demandes clients.
Compétences requises : automatisation de workflows, intégration API REST, scripting, support applicatif et gestion structurée des tickets utilisateurs.
Livrables attendus- Connecteurs/API fonctionnels et documentés ;
- Workflows et automatisations opérationnels ;
- Documentation synthétique des développements réalisés ;
- Suivi structuré des demandes clients traitées ;
- Recommandations d’amélioration continue.
