We are looking for a leading specialist for product development "cash credit" consumer lending products center:

• Development and support of the product "Cash Credit"
• Formation and implementation of product proposals with external partners
• Preparation of proposals for improving conditions and customer journey
• Market analysis and competitive environment
• Formation of business requirements for changes in systems and processes
• Coordination of implementation of changes with related departments
• Participation in the launch of new initiatives
• Monitoring key product indicators and preparation of analytical materials for decision-making

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Higher education (economics, finance, banking, management, or related fields); relevant
• Experience in the field of activity - at least 2 years
• Experience in the banking sector or financial institutions in product management, product development, consumer lending, or partnership programs
• Practical experience in supporting or developing "cash credit" products will be a significant advantage; understanding of the basics of credit business, product economics, customer journey, and key performance metrics
• Experience in preparing analytics, presentations, business requirements, and coordinating changes with related teams
• Desired experience in interacting with risks, legal department, compliance, finance, marketing, and IT
• Confident proficiency in Microsoft Excel (summary tables, formulas, data analysis), PowerPoint, and Word
• Skills in preparing presentations, analytical materials, and business requirements; desired understanding of CRM systems, sales support systems, and digital customer service channels
• Key competencies of the candidate:
• Analytical thinking, systematic approaches, ability to work with large amounts of information and form well-founded conclusions
• Product thinking and customer orientation
• Skills in structured communication and presentation of ideas
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional interaction and drive initiatives to completion; attention to detail, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines
• Proactivity, initiative, flexibility in working with changes
• Ability to work independently and in a team, effectively prioritize tasks, and make decisions within their competence
