Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday.
What You Will Do- Provide technical knowledge and communicate with BU’s and suppliers.
- Support production and calibration needs alongside supporting Government, FAA, RTX Enterprise Quality, DCMA and DCAA Audits.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve current methods of practice.
- Work in a high volume, high visibility, fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
- Develop and maintain good relationships and constant communication with suppliers and internal customers.
- Obtain commit status on ever‑changing list of products in the supply base.
- Plan and assist with Tool Kitters overseeing job flow.
- Help manage a list of out‑of‑date gauges to ensure that they get calibrated.
- Work with procurement on identifying PO coverage gaps.
- Demonstrate knowledge of tooling flow to support the department and across the site.
- Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints and follow correct DCMA guidelines.
- Support and be actively involved in CORE continuous improvement initiatives to meet business unit objectives.
- Perform regular duties as required or as assigned by supervision.
- Familiar with SAP to track material and tooling.
- Prepare and process required documents or reports using Excel or Power Point.
- Comply with all company/DCMA/GPA procedures.
- Update and create company procedures to send out for balloting.
- Follow the 22 elements of Gov Property stated by the DCMA.
- Work with management and supervision as focal point for all communications with P&W’s Government Property Management Department.
- Take the lead for internal and external audits.
- Identify operation’s functional organization personnel training requirements and arrange with the Government Property Management department to provide applicable property‑related training.
- Prepare and submit any required property accountability reports to the Government Property Management Department within required timeframe.
- Oversee custodial responsibilities for the management and control of U.S. Government‑owned property.
- Oversee and/or conduct physical inventories in accordance with established inventory schedule.
- Work with the Government Property Management department to ensure government‑owned property is properly managed, dispositioned and identified as needed with required documentation.
- Conduct internal surveillance in accordance with Management System Manual PW 5.3.4 L2 on control of Government/Customer‑Owned Property or contract requirements.

Qualifications- HS diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.) with a minimum of 4 years of material and tooling experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency with use of and adherence to P&W procedures or specifications.
- Demonstrated materials and logistics knowledge.
- Working knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, SAP, and any other applicable Pratt & Whitney Operating System).
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational skills, and overall positive attitude.
