Join Tandem Health

At Tandem Health we're reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.

We're a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!

About the Role

Tandem's AI assistant empowers clinicians by generating clinical notes, certificates, and referrals directly from consultation conversations, while seamlessly suggesting relevant diagnosis and procedure codes. We are continuously expanding our product with new capabilities such as clinical decision support and pre-charting tools.

We are now looking for a Delivery Management Associate to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for executing structured implementation projects for our customers, ensuring that each implementation follows a clear plan and successfully transitions into day-to-day clinical use.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in management consulting or structured project environments, who enjoys driving execution, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do
  • Execute customer implementation projects based on a delivery plan, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met in line with the Project Delivery Manager.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Engineering and Medical Operations) and customer stakeholders to ensure all project milestones are delivered on time.
  • Support technical implementation activities, including coordination of integrations with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Work closely with customers and Medical Operations to configure documentation templates and workflows tailored to each clinical setting.
  • Help plan and coordinate user training sessions, ensuring Tandem users are prepared and confident ahead of go-live.
  • Coach Tandem users throughout the implementation, helping them to adopt new workflows and build confidence in using the product.
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for customers during implementation, maintaining clear communication and structured follow-ups.
  • Track progress, identify risks or delays early, and escalate where needed to keep projects on track.
  • Contribute to improving internal delivery processes and playbooks as we scale across municipalities in Sweden.
What You Bring
  • Experience in management consulting, project management, or a similar structured, client-facing role.
  • You are detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working against timelines and deliverables.
  • Previous experience supporting implementation or transformation projects, ideally involving technology or digital tools.
  • Ability to structure problems, track progress, and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve, while still maintaining structure and clarity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. You are able to build trust with stakeholders and communicate effectively with both operational teams and senior decision-makers.
  • Interest in healthcare, public sector, or technology-driven transformation (prior experience is a plus, not a requirement).
  • Fluency in Swedish and strong communication skills in English.
Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we're together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ in the Epicenter building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture.

Our interview process consists of 4 stages:

  • Screening interview with Talent Acquisition (Ellie)
